Why run your prize wheel giveaway in public?

The number one question in any online contest is whether the draw was impartial. A prize wheel giveaway answers that question before it starts: every entrant is a visible slice, everyone watches the same pointer decelerate in real-time, and the result is obvious to every viewer. That transparency turns your giveaway into exciting content and gives participants genuine confidence in the outcome.

How to run a fair prize wheel giveaway in 5 steps

  1. Collect entries

Export comments or form entries, then paste one entrant per line. Use Dedupe if duplicates should not count twice, or leave multiple lines for bonus chances.

  2. Weight bonus entries

Reward actions fairly using weights like @user [3x] for three valid tickets. The slice grows to match the true odds visually.

  3. Enable Remove winner

One click guarantees no one wins multiple prizes. Essential for sequential prize drawings.

  4. Spin live

Go fullscreen or add the page as an OBS browser source. The spin audio and celebration confetti make the winner reveal captivating.

  5. Publish the results

Capture the Results list and winner popup, and share the wheel link so entrants can review slice sizes and draw history.

Giveaway picker FAQ

Can I use this giveaway winner picker for Instagram or YouTube contests?

Yes. Paste your entrants from a comment export, spreadsheet or list, then spin live on stream or record the draw. The visible spin gives your audience a transparent, trustworthy result.

How do I pick multiple winners without duplicates?

Enable Remove winner after spin — each winner leaves the wheel before the next draw. Spin once per prize; the Results panel records every winner in order.

Can people with multiple entries get better odds?

Yes. Either paste their name once per entry, or use weights — Jane [5x] gives Jane five times the slice and five times the odds. The wheel shows the true probability visually.

How do I show the wheel on my stream?

Use Fullscreen mode, or add the page as a browser source in OBS or Streamlabs. Share links let a co-host load the identical wheel on their machine.

Is the draw provably fair?

The winner is chosen by in-browser randomization with slice sizes that exactly match the odds shown. Because entrants can see their own slice on the wheel, the draw is transparent by design.
